Delicious Raspberry Smoothie

This raspberry smoothie recipe is full of berries, nuts, banana and yogurt, all blended up into smooth and creamy perfection. This delicious raspberry smoothie is full of protein, fibre and vitamins. INGREDIENTS 1 cup = 2.36dl

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk of your choice (I use almond milk)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries and blueberries

  • 3/4 cup yogurt of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Handful of spinach

  • Handful of nuts and seeds of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil

  • Fresh raspberries and mint sprigs for garnish optional


  • Place the milk ,banana, raspberries, yogurt, spinach, nuts, MCT oil and honey into a blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with raspberries, seeds and mint sprigs if desired. Enjoy!
