Quick and Easy Green Smoothie

Here’s my Quick and easy Green smoothie for those busy mornings. Tastes great and takes a few minutes to make. Kale and Mango Green smoothie Ingredients 1 cup kale leaves

1 cup frozen mango chunks (or berries of your choice)

1/2 an apple

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons a nut butter. I use almond butter. 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

2 tbsp of lemon juice

Directions In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
