Nutty Blueberry Yogurt

Starting your day right doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s a quick and tasty breakfast idea called the Nutty Blueberry Yogurt Boost. It's perfect for adding a bit of energy to your mornings with the added bonus of walnuts for those good fats we all need.

 Ingredients

        •       2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

        •       1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

        •       1/3 cup blueberries

        •       A handful of walnuts (or any nuts you love) - let’s get those heart-healthy fats in!

Instructions

  •  Mix the ground flaxseed with the Greek yogurt until well combined.

  •  Chop your nuts roughly and stir them into the mix. This adds a lovely crunch and loads of nutrition

  • Sprinkle the blueberries on top. They add that sweetness and antioxidant power.
