I absolutely love my overall health now after our sessions

Alison Bladh Nutrition has posted many beautiful food pictures on Facebook and when I read her holistic view of nutrition, I found it very interesting. I am not overweight but have struggled with PMS all my life and now approaching my 50th birthday I have tried to find out more about menopause symptoms due to my hair getting thinner, constantly feeling tired and my skin losing its glow and elasticity. I realise now, after 6 weeks, how awful and unhealthy I had felt previously and that this was solely due to what I had been eating and snacking on. Alison put me back on track. She keeps her advice clear and simple and I really appreciated her fortnightly recipes.

My biggest challenge was to get back into a healthy eating plan. Several years of coping with life’s difficulties and a growing family, had led me to neglect myself, to the extent that I had forgotten how to eat properly. Crazy! I stopped planning what I needed to eat and just grabbed anything. 

Alison put me back on track. She keeps her advice clear and simple and I really appreciated her fortnightly recipes reminding me what I needed to buy and cook. She made sure I was not faced with things I would never want to eat or disliked and offered quick and simple recipes. I batch cook a pot of Ratatouille and have it in the fridge to eat with any protein I fancied (eggs , chicken, pork etc)  - and her curries are great!. I recommend her to you if you find you are eating chaotically or not feeling as physically fit as you would like or menopausal or tired all the time etc etc. She understands the emotion of eating and the thought processes behind it. And the food plan itself? Lots of vegetables and fruit and good protein. Carbs are not forbidden but encouraged to choose the right carbs!
