What is my menopause 5 step breakthrough pathway? 

Hormonal changes inside your body remain unseen to the outside world, but you know you feel different. I have carefully designed this breakthrough pathway to support women just like you. As a nutritional therapist and coach, I use unique tools, techniques, and methods that will help you to create lasting and transformational change. My 5-step breakthrough pathway is a 12-week programme that puts you at the centre and focuses on the 5 key fundamental principles of perimenopausal and menopausal health which aims at restoring your health and wellness during the menopause transition and beyond. From hormones, gut health, mindset, stress management, nutritional status, weight management to emotional state and more this programme gives you tools for life.  I’ve structured the programme so I can target your individual needs through 1-2-1 support, walking by your side while you implement the steps. Supporting you throughout the programme – I’m the person who’s 100% in your corner, helping you when you wobble.

Step 1 - Nourish and nurture your body

Learn how to create balance within your body and mind using food as medicine so you can harness your hormones and feel calmer and happier. Ensuring you are getting the essential nutrients you need to support hormones balance and relief of your menopausal symptoms.

I will share with you my proven menopausal eating plan to help you regain your waistline, energy, motivation and zest for life.  You will learn how to nurture your gut health, balance your blood sugar, nourish your brain and fire up your metabolism so you can feel incredible in your own skin.

The 5 steps

Step 2 - Eliminate and rebalance.

Whether it’s foods or lifestyle habits we will work on rebalancing your body and mind by removing things or habits that aren’t beneficial for your menopausal health. This may be trigger foods, or foods that you may be sensitive to, irritants, toxins and life stressors. While it’s important to focus on getting all the necessary nutrients during menopause, limiting foods that can exacerbate symptoms is also key.

So, we will look at how best to go about removing these foods from your life, and what to replace them with. The added bonus of taking out the non-nutritional foods and increasing your intake of the nutritious foods is your body will thank you. You will feel full of energy and revitalised!

Nutritional testing and supplementation may be used in this step if necessary. This is not included in the price of the programme.

Step 3 - Your Stress audit. Flip your switch from stressed to calm.

Modern-day living is full of pressure. Combine that with the big hormonal shift of menopause and it’s the perfect storm, putting you at a greater risk of suffering the ill effects of excess stress.
